Biography:

Riot is a fictional symbiote appearing in Marvel Comics. He is one of five symbiote spawn forcibly extracted from the Venom symbiote by the Life Foundation.

He first appeared in *Venom: Lethal Protector #4* (1993). Riot is distinguished by his grey and purple coloration.

As with other symbiotes, Riot requires a host to survive and grants enhanced strength, speed, and durability to that host. He has the ability to create weapons, such as blades and hammers, from his own biomass. He is often portrayed as aggressive and dangerous, even compared to Venom.
